What Sets Us Apart

Founded in 1986 as Brett Sheldon Electrical, BSECC has grown from a single‐crew electrical contractor into a trusted name in civil, electrical and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) delivery. Today we operate a strong workforce, supported by a modern fleet of plant and equipment, and deliver multi-million-dollar packages on some of the state’s most complex infrastructure programs.

Our Journey

Origins in regional Victoria – Our commitment to safe, reliable electrical work quickly earned a reputation that saw the company winning repeat work on road and rail projects across northern Victoria.
Diversification & growth – Throughout the 2000s we added civil construction, conduit installation and ITS commissioning, allowing us to provide turnkey packages rather than isolated scopes.
Major project partner – Over the last decade we have delivered key ITS and civil works on the West Gate Tunnel Project, Monash Freeway Upgrade (Stage 2), Port Rail Transformation and Tullamarine Freeway Widening, working alongside Tier-1 builders such as CPB, Lendlease, Seymour Whyte, and many more.
